• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, including experience in a senior-level position.
• Strong experience in strategic procurement with both local and international suppliers, including the purchase of raw materials, production materials/components, equipment, and spare parts.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable commercial and contract terms.
• Experience in contract management, with a good understanding of commercial terms, risk and liability allocation, as well as practical knowledge of INCOTERMS, import procurement, logistics, and customs procedures.
• Experience in managing the full tender process, from preparing accurate and timely tender documents to submitting offers and obtaining approval from the Tender Committee and management.
• Strong supplier relationship management skills, including supplier evaluation and building long-term, reliable partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to compare market conditions and assess supply risks.
• Ability to work comfortably with different departments and manage several priorities at the same time in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, 1C, or similar systems.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate and negotiate confidently and professionally with international suppliers.
• An internationally recognized procurement/supply chain certification such as CIPS, ISM/CPSM, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Manage strategic procurement and tender processes to ensure the timely supply of materials, mainly raw materials, production materials, equipment, and spare parts, and support uninterrupted production.
• Identify local and international suppliers, develop strong working relationships with them, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery times, and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and ensure favorable commercial conditions, while managing import logistics and customs procedures.
• Manage procurement activities in close cooperation with other relevant departments, taking market conditions and supply risks into account.
• Analyze costs and assess the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement procurement decisions.
• Ensure that procurement activities are properly documented and carried out in line with company procedures. Prepare regular reports for management on costs and supplier performance.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of procurement processes within the department.
