  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry or industrial projects is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and managing client relationships.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian.

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify tender opportunities and coordinate participation.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, technical and production teams.
  • Support the development of new products and services.
  • Prepare regular business development reports and performance updates.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
