  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and international procurement laws, contract structures, and logistics regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong command of MS Office tools.
  • Experience in drafting, executing, and managing procurement contracts, NDAs, and supplier agreements.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive process innovation, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

  • Lead and manage all purchasing and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services aligned with project schedules and budgets.
  • Develop and implement purchasing and logistics strategies and policies in line with the company’s overall competitive strategy.
  • Plan and review material, production, and investment needs based on the annual budget.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including risk management and performance evaluation to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee tender processes and contract management for goods and services works.
  • Drive cost management initiatives to improve company profitability during production phases.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal corporate standards including customs and export procedures.
  • Lead the digitalization and continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics processes for increased efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flows.
  • Manage business continuity and risk mitigation plans related to purchasing and logistics operations.
  • Supervise and develop the supply chain team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market conditions, commodity prices, and technological advancements to adapt purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare reports, procedures, and compliance documentation related to purchasing and logistics activities.
