Namizədə olan tələblər:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project planning, preferably in a client or consultancy side;
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (Advanced Level);
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting;
• Experience in project lifecycles, including design, procurement, execution and manufacturing phases;
• Working knowledge of Power BI (or similar) and ability to develop dashboards is an advantage;
• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and delay analysis techniques, manufacturing progress, including both quantity and quality tracking against project milestones and specifications;
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Azerbaijani.

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and master delivery plans integrating and interfacing the project components using Primavera P6, or MS Project and Excel in coordination with project stakeholders;
• Monitor project progress, including on component or element level, and update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress, forecasts, and changes;
• Support project teams in development of project documents like WBS and detailed planning and interfacing of project components;
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables;
• Analyse project data to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for schedule improvement;
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules to senior management;
• Perform schedule impact analysis for variations, claims, and changes to contract scope;
• Participate in planning meetings, coordination sessions, and progress reviews;
• Support cost engineers and quantity surveyors with time-related data for budgeting and forecasting;
• Assist in establishing and implementing planning and scheduling procedures, templates, and best practices;
• Create data-driven visuals and reports using Power BI to support decision-making processes (preferred);
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards throughout the planning process;
