• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies and action plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement asset management charters, processes, and procedures, including the development of an asset assessment tool.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure assets are effectively utilized and managed to maximize value.
• Oversee the acquisition and disposition of assets, including negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
• Oversee the development and implementation of asset documentation, including the creation of fixed and equipment asset registers integrated with barcode systems.
• Conduct partial and full asset inventories to ensure accurate tracking and valuation.
• Reviews proposed investment plans for assets, and provides feedback and suggestions.
• Develop and execute a maintenance plan to align with budgeting requirements and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on asset performance, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to asset management.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks affecting asset values.
