• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Preparation of comprehensive business flow-charts for each BU
• Conduct detailed analytical reviews (including efficiency and effectiveness metrics) of each BU, providing comments on the current situation, forecasts, and recommendations;
• Prepare the periodical reports to be presented to management;
• Identification and addressing of any discrepancies within the BUs, following up on recommendations;
• Linking of analytical steps with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the group to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Preparation and maintenance of a centralized database for the group to streamline operations and improve decision-making processes.
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analytics and financial management.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
• Provision of ad-hoc analytical support and performing research tasks as needed to support departmental objectives.
